    THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH®) is seeking a qualified and experienced Program Manager (PM) to successfully manage services to support the 26th Network Operations Squadron (26 NOS) and its mission to operate, manage and defend the Air Force portion of the Department of Defense Information Network (DODIN). 26th Network Operations Squadron (26 NOS) located at Maxwell Air force Base-Gunter Annex, Alabama. The person in this position will specifically manage the team of 26 NOS personnel that operates, manages, and defends the Non-classified Internet Protocol (IP) Router (NIPR) Network (NIPRNet) gateways and the Secret Internet Protocol (IP) Router (SIPR) Network (SIPRNet) equivalents; all Service Delivery Point (SDP) routers on both NIPR and SIPR; the Integrated Management Suite (IMS) out-of-band (OOB) management networks; the Joint Regional Security Stacks (JRSS), NIPR and SIPR; the Joint Management System (JMS) OOB management network; 26 NOS Air Force Network (AFNet) workstations, printers, and servers; training lab environment; the external Domain Name System (DNS) for the AF (both af.mil and af.smil.mil); and the underlying workstations, servers, storage networks, and network devices that are required to do so. Specifically, support is required for Persistent Network Operations, Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO), U.S. Department of Defense Information Network (DoDIN) Operations.

    Act as the Task Security Manager for the On Base Long-Term Visitor Group

    • As task security manager, the PM will have this additional duty position 
    • As task security manager shall provide contractor employees with training required by DoD 5200.1-R, Information Security Program Regulation, Chapter 10, AFPD 31-4, Information Security, and AFI 31-401, Information Security Program Management
    • As the task security manager, the PM will provide initial and follow-on training to contractor personnel who work in U.S. Air Force controlled/restricted areas

    Understand & Implement DoD 8570.01-M Requirements

    • Insure all contractor staff assigned to perform on the 26 NOS task has the specialty certification based on their 26 NOS primary duty assignment within six (6) months of contract start date 

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science — Computer Engineering, General; Computer Hardware Engineering; Computer Software Engineering or related discipline
    • A minimum of ten (10) years management experience in the area network support services
    • Professional background in cyber security and communications (preferably military communications)
    • Experience in the use of innovative processes, continuous quality improvement, and project scheduling tools for cyber security and communications operations and maintenance (O&M) activities and task deliverables
    • Proven expertise in the management and control of funds and resources and demonstrated capability in managing a task with an integrated team (military, civilian, & contractor staff)
    • Ability to create a government-contractor relationship that promotes achievement of mutually beneficial goals and promotes a partnership environment
    • Active DoD Top Secret SCI eligible (TS/SCI) clearance is required
    • Candidate must be able to be available within one hour during core operating hours to meet on the installation with government personnel to discuss important program issues. Outside of core operating hours, must be available twenty-four (24) hours, seven (7) days a week (by phone or in person)

    Additional Qualifications:

    • Possesses a thorough understanding of CENTECH capabilities and be able to communicate them clearly to multiple audiences
    • Possesses general understanding in the areas of cyber security, software engineering, communications and be able to communicate them clearly to multiple audiences
    • Understands Internet, intranet, extranet and client/server architectures
