    THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH®) is seeking a Cybersecurity Policy and Operations Subject Matter Lead 2 to serve in the National Institutes of Health (NIH), National Heart, Lungs, Blood Institute (NHBLI) – Information Technology and Application Center (ITAC) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Support and Cybersecurity Services contract. The person in this position will be responsible for providing the overall planning, direction and management of the Cybersecurity Policy and Operations for this contract.


    *This bid position is contingent upon award and the qualified candidate may be selected as key personnel.


    • Organizes, directs, and manages contract-wide Cybersecurity Policy and Operations support functions
    • Maintains and manages the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization
    • Meets with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverable items
    • Ensures conformance with Cybersecurity Policy and Operations program task schedules and costs
    • Establishes and maintains technical reports and repositories


    • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Communications related degree is required
    • Must have five (5) years directly related work experience
    • Must have a technical background from a variety of disciplines and certifications
    • Active Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
    • Demonstrated subject matter expert in Continuous, Diagnostic and Mitigation Tools (CDM)
    • Demonstrated subject matter expert in Vulnerability Management
    • Demonstrated subject matter expert in Incident Response
