    THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH®) is seeking a Program Manager III (PM) to support of the U.S. Air Force (AF) Advanced Research and Technology Enclave Management and Information Support (ARTEMIS-5) services for the AF Research Laboratory (AFRL) Rocket Lab, Edwards Air Force Base (AFB), California contractThe person in this position will have full authority to act on behalf of CENTECH on all contract matters relating to the daily operation of the contract. The PM will be responsible for providing the overall planning, direction and management of the contract and supporting corporate initiatives as needed. Responsibilities include administrative responsibility, personnel and resource management, review of technical processes, developing and enforcing requirement schedules and maintaining professional standards of performance. The PM ensures that the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and requirements are satisfied and that clients will recommend CENTECH for additional work.

     

    *This bid position is contingent upon award and the qualified candidate may be selected as key personnel.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Provide and maintain knowledge management services of ARTEMIS-5 for the AFRL Rocket Lab
    • Provide and maintain service desk support services, telephone control officer (TCO) coordinator support services, video teleconference (VTC) facilitator support services, specialized system support services (for AFRL Rocket Lab specialized information systems), software support services, field services support services, knowledge management support services of ARTEMIS-5 Services for the AFRL Rocket Lab
    • Capture, document, and publish lessons learned and established procedures for processes enabling problem/request resolution at lowest level
    • Create, manage, contribute, and communicate procedures, processes, identify problems, known errors, workarounds, and fix resolution documents for AFRL/ Information Technology Branch (RQOI) service center collaboration site and AFRL/RQOI service center user site
    • Support and document assess and authorize (A&A) process and activities for government determined systems
    • Facilitate and provide demonstration and guided walk-throughs as required for procedures affecting AFRL Rocket Lab community interfaces with information technology (IT) processes
    • Accept outage reports and trouble tickets via phone, chat, website input and customer walk-up
    • Brief and report the status of Government network services and supporting AF infrastructure service interruptions

    Qualifications

    • Must possess a bachelor’s degree
    • Must possess a current Secret clearance as a minimum
    • Must have a Program Management Institute Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
    • Must possess Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Foundation v3 certification
    • Must possess minimum of ten (10) years’ experience in IT Service Management
    • Must have a broad, deep customer service orientation and professional demeanor
    • Must possess above average verbal and written communication skills
    • Must possess a general understanding of network architectures, client computing resources, and troubleshooting practices
    • Must have the ability to prepare, objectively review, and deliver technical presentations
    • Must have schedule flexibility to work varying hours (days and possibly occasional nights or weekends) when required by operational tempo

    Desired skills:

    • Demonstrated experience interfacing with senior AF and/or U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) customers, as well as experience serving multiple DoD agencies, is highly desired
    • Experience with AF Communications Focal Point (CFP) applications, communications, infrastructure, processes, procedures, instructions, and task orders is considered a significant plus
