    THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH®) is seeking a Marketing and Sales Administrator you will assist with the operations and management of all programs by our Program Management Office (PMO). The person in this position will be responsible for the comprehensive lead and accountability role in all operations project support to all project managers (PMs) and field sites. Candidates must understand U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) requirements. This position also includes task lead, procurement, finance, contract, quality assurance, travel, human resource (HR), and project budget activities.


    • Manage the accounts assigned on CENTECH's Integrated Alliance Program
    • Manage the accounts assigned on CENTECH's Platinum Alliance Program
    • Support the implementation and oversight of CENTECH's Aim To Exceed program, project and task management business practices
    • Support the implementation and oversight of CENTECH's Aim To Exceed Agile Plus Program
    • Project control for project tasks to support government wide contract vehicles (GWACS)
    • Responsible for preparing reports on cost control, cost reporting, progress reporting/contract data requirements lists (CDRLs), and monitoring the scheduling for awarded government contracts
    • Support managers to produce  corporate, and sub-contract document, and ensure scope of work, schedules, and reporting services are provided to project managers
    • Provide updates on the progress on reports by engineering leads to establish and maintain measurement/ reporting and productivity analysis
    • Support managers on the development, coordination and document approved document control procedures and plans
    • Research federal databases to identify contract opportunities
    • Research resulting in identifying subcontractors in accordance to the research criteria provided by win managers.
    • Research resulting in identifying operations managers and business growth manager's candidates according to criteria provided by management
    • Support managers in the development of the annual trade show participation schedule, focusing on the objectives of attending the show and forecasting and coordinating marketing collateral and attendees required for each trade show
    • Support managers in ensure the Business Growth Team maintains up-to-date accurate and complete information for the status of each opportunity in our Capture Management System
    • Provide oversight for the step review decision making process
    • Provide oversight in assessing products developed by business win administrators and win managers
