THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH®) is seeking a Help Desk Lead to oversee the Enterprise Service Desk support services and the programming of Web training activities. The person in this position will be responsible for providing the overall planning, direction and management of the Enterprise service desk / help desk support functions tasking. Responsibilities include administrative responsibility, personnel and resource management, review technical processes, developing and enforcing project schedules and maintaining professional standards of performance. The person in this position will ensure that the Performance Work Statement (PWS) and requirements are satisfied and that clients will recommend CENTECH for additional work.
This is a bid opportunity, contingent upon award and the qualified candidate may be selected as key personnel. Work location is in New Orleans, Louisiana and requires Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) clearance.
