THE CENTECH GROUP, Inc. (CENTECH®)  is seeking an enthusiastic Recruiting Coordinator to assist recruiting management with administrative support. As a coordinator, you will assist in the process of filling any critical staffing needs. You will be working effectively with internal/external clients and candidates, and enjoy helping to build an organization of talented individuals.


 Work location is in Falls Church, VA. Local candidates and no remote work or telecommuting option.


  • Reports to the recruiting manager
  • Scheduling interviews/working directly with candidates
  • Review qualifications with hiring managers
  • Provide follow-up to candidates on recruiting status
  • Coordinate onsite interviews 
  • Assist with onboarding of new hires
  • Follow-up with hiring managers for evaluation results
  • Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) to create position openings and track applicants
  • Draft position descriptions and requirements 
  • Post positions to job boards
  • Assist with administration and coordination of any other recruiting activities as needed


  • High school diploma or equivalent and currently enrolled in a graduate or undergraduate degree program
  • One (1) year of office work experience; supporting government contractor preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
  • Ability to successfully meet deadlines with little direction/supervision
  • Fast learner, follows processes and procedures
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills
  • Superb attention to detail
